I just looked it up on The Racial Slur Database:
Swine Whites Relates to the pink color of the pig's color. Tendency for the pig to lay in or eat anything.
Who knows if this little pig saying was picked up from Reverend Wright, who was not loathe to talk about certain people in this way...
Please note that he also followed this pig allusion with an old fish reference. Fish = Barracuda, Sarah Palin's nickname? Or "old fish" = John McCain?
If you think Democrats wouldn't be analysing this execrable choice of words for all they are worth, I've got news for you.
