I hate to admit the number of times I've been involved in game conversations which were almost verbatim to the video...

By far the best game quote I ever saw (real time in-game) was said by a teammate: "Okay, guys! Get behind them and push it up the rear!" It was said un-ironically. The rest of us on the team kept repeating that quote and the guy who originated it never quite got that we were mocking him.
