You'll Never Guess

Who is on Fox & Friends as we speak...

Tiki Barber!

Subbing presumably, for Steve Doocy.

Let me tell you, he's great.

Personable, showing great chemistry with E.D. Hill and Brian Kilmeade, demonstrating that he has a definite career option after his retirement from the NFL. *

And best of all, he's still worthy of a first-round pick in my Fantasy NFL drafts.

Hands off my Tiki!

* I mean, in broadcasting, but if he decides on a more Lynn Swann-type path too, more power to him.

  • Yes he is very good and has been on Fox and Friends several times. Tiki seems very talented and at ease in front of the camera.

  • He's a regular fill-in host, even during the football season (the advantages of being on a(n) NYC team)(oh the ambiguities of a/an when it's followed by initials that frequently represent full words, will the reader say it in their heads 'enwhysee' or 'new york city'?)

I almost blogged one of his appearances when he was playing with himself on television.

Of course I'm talking about the time he was shown in studio playing Madden 2006 on the XBox 360 while they were doing a piece on NFL players who play video games. (He's complaint was that the real Tiki was much better than the cyber Tiki, a complaint he shares with many players)

  • Tiki's a class act.

  • So...is it fair to say you carry a torch for Tiki?
