  • Thank you for the link. I'm not able to update my original post to link back right now; however, it is my plan.

  • Interesting, ruth anne, Victoria. I'm single and have had no chocolate. :(

Now, it's Wednesday evening and Victoria has not posted. I have!

Now let's see some thoughtful words appear, Miss Vickie!

  • benning76, I just read your post and I really enjoyed it! You can write! But, I must admit, I am still trying to understand how you could have proposed to somebody you had never met! Sounds like it worked out great; but a bit risky!

  • Gracias, Jose. Kind words.

We chatted, then spoke on the phone, for so many hours, that we were not strangers for long.

It worked out until the summer of 2004, when she decided I had no ambition and was unlikely to make any money. She left. But until then, I was deeply in love! :D

    Okay, I give up.

I searched in all the recent comments sections to find what this comment may relate to.

Did Benning pull a Paul, and delete his post or comment??

    Cheers,
    Victoria

I don't think there is such a pain, as one can feel regarding anything to do with romantic love.

Of course, I can say that, since I have both my parents alive, and never having experienced the joy of being a parent myself, let alone the agony of losing a child.

I know what you went through, Benning. I think we all do...

    Cheers,
    Victoria
