Sundries Will Live-Blog Barack Obama's Infomercial
Due to popular demand in the previous thread, Sundries will have an open comments section during the "Baracommercial" (h/t Laurie).
It's intended to be a conservative-friendly area, so please use other resources for diverging viewpoints. I'll launch a thread at 7:30 PM EST.
As a preview, here's Michael Ramirez' IBD cartoon today. Truth or consequences?

Do you know if any networks will live-stream of the event? I won't have ready access to a TV at 4:30 PST.
Thanks

Hey Jose! What did you think of McCain being so close to you? La Calle Ocho and 66th.
Although the unusual-for-SoFla-high-speed chase kinda knocked the rally off the headlines. ;)

Great, Ruth Anne! MadisonMan is trying to make problems over at Althouse, regarding the linkage. Never mind. I got this.
BTW, awesome line by McCain just now, in his Tampa rally.
"Senator Joe Biden has a way of straying off message, and stumbling on the truth."
;)

I'm trying to remember what the area of La Ocho y la 66 looked like when I lived in Miami. I lived for a year fairly close to La Calle Ocho.

It's actually 69th and la Ocho, not that that makes a difference memory-wise, I'm sure. ;)
It's nearish Ludlam, if that jogs any memories!

Hahaha, now I know! I also lived on 69th and Bird Road. Isn't there a Home Depot nearby as well?

That rings a bell, so probably. There was also a K-Mart nearby that too. I once bought a tennis racket at that K-Mart. What a doofus.

I remember a joke about that. In the '80s and early '90s, what were the first English words a Cuban-American baby heard?

Que Mar? ;)
And in the 2000s, Targeta.

I am determined NOT to watch.
But when we finish dinner (fashionable hour we eat at [I'm lazy]) I will check in via computer.
