When I'm Down - Part Four

I just have to look at this picture...

...and I'm a little less down.

  • Why you be down, VB?

  • Why you be down, VB?

    Thanks for be askin', Kullrad.

But it's about time someone asked me that!

Sheesh, four "When I'm Down" posts, and not one commiseration.

Actually, Kully, I'm not down. :)

(I was two weeks ago, when my dad wasn't well, but the ship has righted itself, so we're all fine, thank God, touch wood)

I just wanted to have a cutesy title for my posts on funny pics I've found that make me laugh.

That's when I remembered Laurence Olivier's famous line about actors, "Always play for sympathy, my lad".

This is the blog equivalent of a truss.

    Cheers,
    Victoria

  • That made me feel better! Well, that or the antibiotics/nyquil combination.:)

Lets play, guess what Renato came down with. Here are the symptoms: fever, pain when swallowing, a generally sick feeling (malaise), headache, redness and swelling in the throat, a coating on the tonsils or tongue, and swollen, tender lymph nodes (swollen glands) in the front of the neck.

First person named Vicky to guess correctly gets a free hockey STT *G*

It's good to hear your dad is feeling better Vicky. I actually miss the (tm) in your posts, one of those daddy's little girl moments.

P.S. "When I'm Down - Part One" would be better with the purses.;)
