Reprehensible

I wonder if the media will kick up a firestorm over this man (and his cohorts who were wearing the same t-shirt at an anti-Palin rally). 'Republicans are racist' is the meme that is being pushed due to the "anger" in the rallies, which is nothing but frustration at media doing nothing, and McCain playing at Boy Scout.

But what of the outright sexism and in this case, misogyny, on display for well over a month about Sarah Palin? It's been incessant, and in some cases, verges on the psychotic.

Anyone want to call people out on that? Not so much.

Thankfully, though, ABC's Jack Tapper is the lone journalist willing to draw attention to these hateful people.

Tattoos. Keys to Volkswagen. Cap with foreign flag (sadly, the Italian tricolore). Profuse ginger facial hair, unkempt appearance.

God, it's like one huge "Stuff White People Like" protester parody. Pathetic.

  • You're right about that. All he lacks is the "pasty white boy power fist of death".

  • I have noticed how the most die-hard Obamatrons are generally this type. Ugly, fatty, dirty, obviously bored with their lives, yet comfortably cushioned by parent's hard-earned money and/or a trust fund. I work with a few of those.

  • I recognized the Cinelli brand logo on the brim of the first man (Cinelli is an old school italian maker of fine bicycles and components). I know his type well. He fancies himself a "biciclettore", but in reality his "yellow jersey" is a stripe up his back.
