Jerks And Cowards

From the Anchorage Daily News (CNN also broadcast a version), Governor Sarah Palin at her gubernatorial office in Anchorage, speaking very frankly about the current anonymous leaks. I strongly encourage you to watch at least part 1. She calls her unidentified, unseen critics, "jerks" and strongly resents that these leaks have intruded into President-Elect Obama's victory. Well said, Sarah.

  • Doesn't she just look and sound great? She does it because she's for real. I can't wait to see and hear her next week back on the trail.

    Thanks for the links.

  • My God, it's a totally different Sarah Palin. This is the C-SPAN/Charlie Rose Sarah Palin, unleashed and relaxed.

I adore her persona no matter where she is, but I do admit Chickenlittle, at the very end of the Presidential campaign, she was beginning to sound plastic and defensive.

In a way, I'm happy McCain-Palin lost. She was on the verge of becoming something she wasn't and that would've been tragic.

Well, I think/thought there was a lot a stake there, so I'm not quite "happy" yet.
But for Sarah Palin's sake I'll give you that. Color me cheered.

A part of me says OK, we can do this experiment (I'm talking about the next 4 years), because we're strong enough anyway.

This is how I have come to feel in the last couple days.

I feel so bad for her to even have to address these accusations. When the accusers won't even give their names.

  • Vics: Today I saw a Honda Odyssey, driven by a white woman. On the back, the former McCain/Palin bumpersticker was changed. All that remained was the McCain star and the name Palin underneath. It took me a moment and I laughed out loud. It didn't even take 3 days to ditch the old dude!
