That was a terse sermon for a Sundries Sunday, Victoria. I went googling for more and came upon many interesting retrievals.

There are only two themes in the history of humankind. Greed, which makes the conservatives; and envy, which makes the liberals.

My only thought in return is that thank God there is more to the world than just humankind. Then again, I'm not well versed in the humanities, having devoted nearly all my studies to the physical sciences, spiced with some language courses.
