The sweat stain on the decolletage? Classy! It's probably that kind of sweat that smells like one of those mules that make wine and salt! (if m'lady remembers...)
He needs a seven-headed cobra tattooed on the side of his head, and a blue velvet caftan, so he have a guaranteed career as a Conan villian!
As for the man-boobs? Let's just say he still needs to leave the wheels on the training bra!

All your points are well-stated and hilarious, but let's throw the guy some frikkin bones.
A) He's got the courage to go out dressed like that...in the world's most happening body conscious 20 blocks on the planet.
B) He's actually trying to do something about his flab, by jogging, or at least standing there melting off the pounds in street corners.
C) He's got an iPod. That's gotta be worth SOMETHING.
