Autism And Palin
Because I am seeing this as a growing meme after the debate, NOTE to people who don't know:
When Senator McCain mentioned autism with regards to Governor Palin's personal experience, he was referring to her family's brush with the malady.
Her sister Heather Bruce has an autistic son. Two of her cousins do too. This is why she has first-hand insight into autism's affects on families.
I mean, Google, Wikipedia or Amazon, people. It's not a new concept.

I had to correct a board full of people saying McCain et al don't know the difference between Down Syndrome and autism. Not that they care, when they can laugh and high-five one another over being so much sharper than McCain.

Vics:
You did great at Althouse. She's completely illogical and unreadable these days and she shoulda just set up the open thread and shut the hell up. Cruel neutrality was a hoax.

Ruth Anne: I am surprised at how negative you are about Althouse!

Good stuff, Bekah! I corrected no less a journalist than Mark Murray of MSNBC, though I see my comment hasn't made it yet.
I mean, it's one thing for insider forum high-fives, but a journalist...sheesh.

LOL, Ruth Anne is feisty!
Thanks darling. I am so not liking the new and not improved cruel bias. Ah well. Tout passe...
Ron: It's not been the same for a while. :(
Cheers,
