Candidates Arrive For The Third Debate
I'm back! Just in time for the third Presidential debate at Hofstra University. As usual, I'll be over at Althouse live-commenting during the debate.
I have a surprise, but I'll hold off from telling you until later.
Meanwhile, I would like to congratulate, and give a virtual hug to Miss Bekah, who achieved the nearly magical -- she got a hug, great photos, and a very special autograph from my dream gal, Governor Sarah Palin.
CONGRATS BEKAH!!

We demand our surprise!
Thanks so much for the congrats! There's actually more cooking, with my hometown paper in Arkansas wanting to run the story next week, and pending interviews with a columnist with the Arkansas Democratic Gazette to write his own. (He is a conservative Christan himself and said that the pro-life message of the story would come through loud and clear. Also, he said he'd send both his column and the original story I sent on to Gov. Huckabee.) Plus some possible other stuff. I'll let you know what happens!
I put the video on youtube, as well. It comes up on the first page if you google "sarah palin autograph" and currently as the fifth result in a google video search for "sarah palin legs." (I tagged the vid with both "leg" and "legs" hoping for this...haha.)

Surprise is up, youse guys!
Bekah, wow that is AWESOME. Fancy you an Arkansan! I want all those insider details on Bill and Huck, if you have 'em. ;)
Also, please check a request I have posted. I think I can get high-powered bloggers to pick up your story, if you're amenable. It's entirely up to you though. :)
Cheers,
Victoria

Wow, thanks Chickenlittle. :)
I felt a little off my stride during the debate, but I warmed up to it as it went on (it was very quick. The second debate inched by painfully slowly).

First of all, way too cool about Bekah...and as you know...I have a special place in my heart for that story....my niece that belongs to optimistmom (Ruth) has a prosthethis, too...and I work in a developmentally disabled state facility that has lots of special needs people. I think Gov. Palin brings a whole new spin to this election.
Keep up the great work, Victoria. I loved the photo of Sen. McCain's team...stride for stride.....it takes teamwork to run a campaign and teamwork to run a country. I see a foreshadowing!!
Onward everyone!!
